Inspired by brother and sister team Ken and Kathy’s Vietnamese upbringing in Hanoi, the truck transports the flavour of Hanoi’s narrow streets and alleys to Melbourne. Bright green and white, the self-contained supplier of modern Vietnamese street fare is easy enough to find. At parties and even rodeos, attendees enjoy the likes of crispy Nem fried rolls and moreish Banh Mi slow roasted pork belly sliders.
