Sault Restaurant is set behind a playing fountain in a beautiful two-storey country house, Sault Restaurant gives visitors the impression they are deep within the heart of rural France. It's only when a kangaroo bounds into sight across a distant paddock that you realise you're well and truly in Australia.
Taking its name from a French town famed for its lavender, Sault is also a working lavender farm and distillery sitting amidst acres of lavender and overlooking its' own lake.
An extensive wine list showcases Australian and New Zealand labels along with great local wines such as Curly Flat, Pondalowie and Tom Boy Hill.
Head chef Santiago Nine-Fernandez hailing from Spain lends his hand to create a wonderful array of regionally inspired seasonal dishes. Sault has a full page dedicated to tapas so guests can enjoy the beautiful Spanish influence on their menu along with a seven course tasting menu based around the ancient reciepes of Spain but using the brilliant local produce we have available.
