Ron and Sandra Wise purchased the Meelup property in 1992 known as “Jackson’s on Geographe” and Eagle Bay Estate in 1993. Combining the two properties, they established the Wise Vineyards. Today, the Wise property hosts two restaurants, satisfying a range of dining experiences.
